How should I take it?


To be honest, most people hate eating neem leaves in any form cause of the extremely bitter taste. But hey! No pain no gain right?

Honestly, the best way to receive all the benefits is to eat a raw leaf every day preferably in the month of Chaitra. But if you aren't comfortable with the bitterness you can make neem tea. Add 2 neem leaves to a cup of water and let it boil for some time. After that's done, add 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice and some honey.


Do this for at least a month to actually see the benefits
